I want to know how you spent your Halloween! What did you dress up as?
If you have pictures on your blog please tell me and I'll check them out.
Or if you didn't post any, send them to me in a tweet! @emilyjanette

In the Netherlands we don't celebrate halloween, so I've never done it before. It looks a bit scary to me ;).

wow your costume is awesome!!! i don't really get into Halloween to much but i handed out candy to the little kids, their costumes were so cute!! oh and to answer you question (sorry if i am a little late replying!!) when buying a "vintage" item online i think it is hard to tell if the item is actually vintage. Pictures can be quite deceiving about what something actually looks like. My dress i bought on eBay looked quite a bit different in the photos then when i opened up the package (thankfully it was a good difference way prettier then i had thought!!). I think you just have to trust the seller (kind of hard to do i know lol). When i bought my brown boots on ebay the seller was so nice, she sent me a email telling me when they had shipped and everything!! i wouldn't spend to much money on a vintage thing online in case the item wasn't of very good quality or if it is something that you might be able to find at a local thrift/vintage store for way cheaper and you can try it on! and i wrote a super long comment, i love talking about thrift shopping :)

This costume from two years ago is beyond! Perhaps that makes up for your lack of costume this year or the last?
I'm a party pooper and didn't dress up this year. But I did see some nifty ideas. Like a fork in the road where a guy painted a road on himself and pinned a giant fork right in the centre.
A lady stuck palm leaves all over and held a book. Declaring herself a palm reader. Clever no?
